Sad little cottage could use a little TLC

Sad little Cottage could use a little TLC!

Picked a tough day, 25F windchill 8F, to freeze my Butt off (almost;-)

Not their first Rodeo.

Left about 1/3 of the Oak for a neighbor who burns it to heat his "Crib".  You may not realize that this particular wood will heat twice (once when he cuts it up, again when he burns it;-)

Weather:-0 from NE Nursery. FinCEN. CIA Lease clause. Home Depot sign-up

“Northeast Nursery will open early tomorrow morning, Saturday 12/28, at 4AM, due to winter weather 🌨??? 🧊”

2. Nick Norman just sent this FinCEN update:

 "Howdee Everyone,

This is a short legislative update so we can get something out to you right away on the new federal business entity registration.

If you haven’t heard, the federal government now requires all business, like LLCs and corporations, to file a Beneficial Ownership Information registration.

There was a court case challenging the requirement and delaying registration. Just recently, 12/23/24, there was yet another legal decision reversing that delay.

The fines for not filing are very steep. Just get it done (<

As you may know, in the Real Estate Investing business, You've got to Buy Low ("DEALS") and Sell High (the closer to Perfect you Fix-up the Property, the better you're able to enter the Retail Market (MLS) of highest sale prices).

You can Buy Distressed Property or find a Distressed Owner. Then Fix-up the Property and Sell or Rent it.

To be Successful you've got to keep finding these "DEALS" otherwise it's like you're treading water. OK to tread in a Lake but this business is more like a River so Treading ends you down river, breaking even or losing money.

One way to fill your "Pipeline" with Deals is with the Marketing Magic from National Expert Kathy, who'll Teach us How YOU can be Successful with that "PIPELINE" of opportunities! Tuesday, January 28, 6:30-9pm & Saturday, February 1, 10:00-3pm2025.

Another way for finding DEALS is Tony Youngs Hidden Market techniques. Tony shared page 1 of his Goals on his Thursday (1/2/25) evening webina

iii.  To Freeze or Not to Freeze, That is the Question! by George Skidis

In 2024, several significant data breaches have impacted a variety of industries across the United States. We believe that our readers need to place a freeze on their credit with all three credit bureaus listed below. In addition run a current credit report to look for illegal activity on their accounts.

  1. AT&T: This telecommunications giant experienced a breach affecting around 73 million individuals. Sensitive information such as social security numbers, account numbers, and pass codes were compromised. The breach, which included data from as early as 2019, was discovered in March 2024.

  2. MOVEit: A massive breach occurred with the MOVEit managed file transfer application, leading to the exposure of data for 77 million individuals. This breach affected a wide range of U.S. entities, including government agencies and educational institutions, and was
