DECEMBER 2024 RESULTS FROM CINCINNATI!

3/11/25 - this just in.

I just spoke to Tony Youngs of Hidden Market fame. It seems his 3 Day BootCamp was a Huge Success. They started with 10 properties to look at (from a Pre Foreclosure/Foreclosure/REO list)  then found 27 more (37 Total which they Door Knocked on), followed up on Monday with calls and Offers. 1 Came through and the Negotiations benefited Buyers and Sellers!!! Another follow-up has a an Owner not willing to sell the house they looked at but Seller wants Tony to offer on 5 more that are Free and Clear (maybe Seller Finance;-)

I'd say Cincinnati was lucky to have Tony work his 3 Day Hidden Market program with them!

Tony spoke at our 2/25 main meeting - Which of these Properties do you think could be Wholesaled or Hidden Marketed?

It’s called, the “7 Excuses”.  I can’t do it, I’m not feeling it right now, I’m too busy, I’m too tired, There’s no guarantee it’s going to work, I’m not good enough, and my luck sucks. I still to this day do not know who the author is, but I read that from time to time to keep me motivated. I always check to see if I’m
