Wholesaling Checklist, Fixers and Yacht Club

Email that just went out:

Good morning [First Name], Fellow Real Estate Investors, Contractors and Landlords

1. Excellent information exchange at our Movers and Shakers last Friday Tina, Joseph, Gene, Norm, Hilario, Bill, Richard, John, Eamonn, Steve, Wade and Mike. Some feedback on the Wholesaling Checklist but everyone agreed it’s  worth having in our “bag of tools”.

A point I made is that when someone comes to do work for us, a Plumber or Electrician, they usually don’t just bring a screwdriver and wrench. They bring a whole truck load of tools for almost any contingency. But Wholesalers often only bring their one agreement to Wholesale, when they could bring a whole set of tools for every contingency and do some real business. Like a Listing agreement for Retail, Contractors to help with renovations or a Finance guy for the three possibilities.

Purchase and Refinance rates are still low, and as the economy heats up are expected rise;-( Don’t miss out. Call or email [email protected] 781-405-1845 cell

2. Robbie 781-258-5216 has two “fixer-uppers” one high end with huge upside and the other a pretty good deal for “move-up” buyers, You can give her a call for the details.  [email protected]
