2. Movers, Shakers (and wannabees) we’re meeting this Friday 10/19/12 7-8:30 PM What are you working on? What can you use some help on? and What successes can you share? State of the Real Estate Market and what else is happening in our MassRealEstate.net Association.

3. Tuesday, October 30, 2012 6:30 – 9:00 PM We’ve got an Attorney ready to cover Partnership agreements A-Z. MassSave will show us where, how and rebates for saving energy. Paul will cover the care and feeding of appliances or what to do with with a “rescue” Appliance your Tenants may have worked over and abused. Buy, Sell, Networking and Food.

4. The single most important item, I’ve found, in our Buy-Sell-Fixup or (Plan B Rent) is a qualified Buyer which equals YOUR payday. We should have those Buyers lined up to take us out of that world and get us to the next Buy-Fixup-Sell project. There are many ways to find those Buyers. If you are having trouble, I’m available for coffee or a quick lunch to review your marketing later this week. But the purpose of this email is to make you aware of an unbelievable program from MHF which I’ve been using to get Buyers into a purchase product with low down payment and NO PMI. I’m glad to make it easy for your Buyers who are in a hurry to Buy your great deals!
