Next Tuesday we’ve got at least two Real Estate Brokers that will let us in on how their MOST successful Clients work with them in niche’s and how to develop the one quality that sets them apart from the “herd”.
Also two Contractors that will let you know what’s involved in their Qualifications (not just he seemed knowledgeable and nice…) licenses, CEUs, permits and insurance coverage. Do you think you can only get two of the three: Price, Time or Quality.
And How do you set rent$ when you want to keep Tenants but stay in the Market, hint how long do you think it takes all your other Tenants to find out what everyone else is paying? Staying in the Market is critical with rentals, mainly because that’s how values are set. Not just recent “comps”.
