Good afternoon Fellow Contractors, Investors and Landlords,
Sometimes I wonder about our Media (Newspapers, Radio, TV & Internet) do they NOT know what’s going on or are they trying to influence us to do something we wouldn’t normally do?
Case in point. The Latest Federal Reserve System interpretations are that the boss Janet Yellen will keep rates low for the next year or two.
However if you look at the Fed rate it seems different…. At our last monthly meeting I showed how the 10yr rate (which directly influences our 30 year fixed rates was at it’s yearly low. January 2, 2014 it started high at 3.00 and by August 28 it was down to 2.34, the years low. Ever since then it’s been climbing to today 9/18 2.63.
And of course our 30F is going up. Trend or anomaly? I’ve got an idea which it is, do you? and it’s your money at risk.

Tonight at 6pm there’s a house for sale that’s supposed to be a Killer Deal in Reading. According to the Seller, you can purchase it for $355,000. Put in $50-70k, Sell it for $490,000.
Is it a Deal? You could check it out! Most of Real Estate is based on the fact that it’s Real, you can touch it. I haven’t seen THE program that you can do entirely from your keyboard. Some say you can but I haven’t seen it yet. My point – Get out there and touch it, join us and Network with us!
