Movers and Shakers – Friday July 12, 2013 7-8:30PM
*We’ll do a quick analysis of recent SF/MF/CC transactions (What sold? What’s on the market? Inventory? & Rate trend?)
*Next we go Round Robin, What we’re all working on? What solutions we’ve found to our “Boulders on the Road” (formerly known as Problems or Entrance Barriers to Beginners e.g. “Why would a Seller take that?”)
Then we’ll analyze anyone’s “farm” who gets the area to us before noon today (I don’t mean, “Just send me eastern MA.”) We’ll usually default to Peabody because it’s large enough to draw some meaningful data but small enough to drive and see any properties before and after the meeting.
*I’ll cover what I’ve been working on and we’ll wrap up exchanging contact information (usually after 9;-)
This is an informal meeting with very little criticism, mostly encouragement and most folks are eager to share the success they’ve achieved from help at previous meetings!
