Ever hear that expression Lynn, Lynn, the city of sin — you never come out the way you came in.
I think I finally understand it now. Landlords and Investors I know are NOT coming out the way they came in. They’ve got great CASHFLOW (from day one!) and Big profits from Flips and Condos.
However the Inventory (amount of properties on the market) is becoming very low and prices are being pushed up by cash buyers. It’s worth taking a look at and we’ll analyze it tonight at our Movers and Shakers. Good luck getting into that Market. I’m PreQualifying two Buyers and Robbie has a couple of showings there today. We’ll also spend some time on Strategy for finding deals, before the “pack” does, tonight!
