This is our 2nd meeting of 2012, Happy New Year if we haven’t seen each other yet and THIS EVENING is one of our most important meetings of the year. I’ll be setting the stage with the DOM that’s Days On the Market for unsold property. What’s your “farm” area that we can cover at this meeting?
1. As you look around at our current Real Estate landscape, you’ll notice a lot of homes languishing on the market. In addition to price, there’s the “curb” or as Karen puts it 90% of Buyers will not even look at a house for sale if they do not like the On-Line pictures. It’s a new day now and instead of driving around all weekend in the hopes of catching something under the radar, people now look On-Line. She’ll be showing us how to maximize our opportunities. In other words there’s an Art Form she’s mastered just on how to take those “postage-stamp” sized pictures that are your 9 seconds of exposure to a Buyer.
Karen – “…. if you want to let members know that I will also be talking on “staging for investors” which is proven to sell properties faster and for more money. In addition there’s staging tips and tricks they can do themselves and most importantly when they would need to hire a professional stager.” Finally she’s got a Special Report on Staging – Tips, Tricks and the Most Effective Techniques ONLY for those attending TONIGHT.

Karen will be showing us how to “Get it Sold before it’s Old” with her expert Staging Techniques. If you’ve got a house ready for the Spring market or one that’s been languishing for a while, here’s your chance to REALLY get it ready. We’ll also be covering Insulation and it’s payback although it’s been a mild Winter so far.
