I’m finding most Buyers are trying to figure out HOW MUCH OVER the Listing Price they need to be to get a Deal in this Hot Market. Don’t forget your Alternate marketing and don’t just wait for Broker’s or the MLS/Zillow/Google (You may not want to wait for your “ship” to come in, Swim out to it! and be First!)
