1. At Last Tuesday’s meeting we covered:

Alternative Sources of Funds to help Tenants, How to best capture a Tenant’s ID, Marketing with YouTube videos, Using WordPress Plugins, Pros and Cons of Business Entities, The Difference between Realty & Nominee Trusts and why you must use one and not the other. Where and When do you need the Schedule of Beneficial Interests. Beware of the Bill to Reach and Apply. With a Judgement against you what happens with Discovery and Aid. The difference and cure for an Involuntary or a Voluntary Dissolution of an LLC. Is a Delaware Series LLC able to isolate properties? How an Operating Agreement trumps a Will. How important is it to have Successor Trustees. What you need to Check on Schedule B of the Lenders and Owners Policies? AB Trusts, Annual Trust vs Marital Trusts.

On Evictions: What’s the benefit of not going to Housing Court and getting into District Court with an Eviction for nonpayment. Determining Tenancy Type? When to serve a 14 day notice? When to ask the Court for a Summary Process and Complaint to be Served? If the Landlord wins and there’s no Stay of Execution can a Tenant stay beyond the 10 days?

A lot of material and it was good to see everyone! With the all the interaction you guys came up with, I couldn’t even get half the material Attorney Joseph covered…..
