That way you don’t up with a property languishing on the market looking for a buyer while you have to come up with “carrying” costs such as RE taxes, insurance, heat, electricity, water and sewer, etc.
You can call or email us your area and we’ll bring the analysis to the meeting (not at 6:45pm tonight for the 7pm meeting;-).
2. We’ll discuss the hot topics in Real Estate today. Tonight all the guidelines for the low, 3.5 percent down, financing. While you may not need or qualify for it, perhaps your Buyers will? I’ve got a handout for you with the Inspection Guidelines and Getting Started.
3. “Round-robin” for what everyone is doing, successes and road blocks. Refreshments included.
