A fellow Investor/Landlord swears by this Pearl’s seed.
Anyone else know anything about it?
Seems it was invented and grown in Wayland MA. but it’s expensive $32.99/5# and only available at Whole foods (but sells fast). I’m using it for my Fall seeding when I aerate my lawns.
Very Slow growing – Cut only once per month in Summer.
Drought tolerant – No watering required once established.
Healthy and safe – No need for chemical fertilizer or pesticides.
No I didn’t buy it on TV! Mike
