Landlord Tenant Law & Save Energy 4/28 6:30pm

Good morning Fellow Investors, Contractors and Landlords,

I just checked Wikipedia to remind myself that Patriots Day, today, is not Kenyan Marathon day but it is -“in commemoration of the opening events of the War of the Revolution.” (The Battles of Lexington and Concord in 1775)

Our next MassRealEstate.net meeting Tuesday, April 28, 2015 6:30pm will feature Attorney Rick Connors on Tenant Landlord issues. Almost everyone I speak to who’s contemplating Real Estate as an investment “advises” me that Tenants have all the rights in Massachusetts. I disagree. If you learn what the Laws and Housing Courts require and follow them, then you’re in a viable business. This is your chance to get up to speed on what’s required for a Legal Tenancy, get the right documents and hear how the Courts are handling the issues from an expert on Landlord Tenant Law! Attendees will also receive at no charge (regular price $29.99) a Special White paper on Landlord Tenant Issues entitled:

Housing Court, Eviction, Tenant Landlord Law – If you’re searching for any of these Terms, it’s too late

Next, how’s your Energy Usage? After this past Winter, you’re probably thinking it’s a little high. You now have an opportunity for a Complimentary Audit:

  • An expert, top-to-bottom inspection of your home with recommendations for saving money, improving your comfort and making your home more environmentally friendly
  • If needed, complimentary Instant Savings Measures such as high-efficiency light bulbs, water-saving fixtures and programmable thermostats
