1. All too often I refer folks to John for Private (used to be called Hard) money loans on Real Estate and occasionally he can’t finance the “Deal”. So they ask me Can you give me some other Lenders?
Well the simple answer is:
If John won’t do the “Deal”, then it ain’t a DEAL! You can go back and negotiate what John says he WILL do!
So, let’s listen to John, he’ll go through his site and algorithms to see what we should be putting together for Terms on our next Deal. He’ll also update us on the many deals he’s financed recently.
2. Then we’ll be hearing from Len Theran a professional loss adjuster. Len combines an extensive engineering background with over thirty years experience in adjusting property insurance claims for US policyholders.

3. I attended an Open House for an upcoming Auction this week and I was surprised at the discrepancies in what Investors and Home Buyers had for rehab costs sooooo We’ll review what it does cost for rehab? Which ratios you should use? And how to estimate your HARD Maximum Offer!!!
