A Rehab in West Newbury that could net $100k from our favorite Wholesaler Bill (maybe he’ll also have another in Amesbury he was working yesterday?) And a Nine Unit in Boston with potential cashflow (may need to sign a noncompete paragraph with Chris to get in on this, before it’s gone).
