An ounce of preparation and a look into the abyss of a Housing Court Appearance = a pound of cure, an understanding of your rights and a favorable outcome of Tenant/Landlord issues without the Cost, Los$ and Time of a Housing Court Case.

We usually need a short break from all the Holiday “Cheer” of relatives and friends. So on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at 6:30pm we’ll get together for our short but Important evening with the New Housing Court Judge Sullivan.
This takes place as it did with our friend and recently retired Judge Kerman on Neutral ground (our meeting at the SpringHill Suites in Peabody).

Rather than face the Housing Court, Court Officers, and your Tenant’s ProBono (free to them if they qualify) Attorney in what some consider a Hostile environment
You’ll get to meet the head Administrator and presiding Judge of the housing Court, ask all the questions you like and have access to ALL the documents that make a Tenancy LEGAL

We’ve had a good time at these productive, insightful meetings and as Judge Kerman told us: “Please use MY forms because the last thing you want, is to pay your Attorney $500. for documents and advice that’s wrong. The Tenants Attorneys are very sharp in this area of law and will easily pick apart your filings. This means I have to
throw the case out of our court. You’ll then have to start over with a “ticked-off” Tenant AND a “ticked-off” Judge!”
