Agents need CEUs? Learn How-To of a “Brokers Only, Open House”

1. This Friday John Anjos (508-828-5011), the Top Real Estate trainer in SouthEastern Mass will be hosting the 12 Continuing Education Units required for agents to maintain their license in Massachusetts.
Why is this important?
I heard Glovsky and Shovsky(?) (The Money Show 96.9 FM) last Sunday saying how the Real Estate market had bottomed and was turning up! Personally I’m a little more pessimistic than they are, however I feel it’s in your best interest to keep that license current! Then when it does turn up? and what better way than to call John and head for his all-day course in Fall River (only 50 minutes from Boston)
Why is this important?
In addition to learning all the changes in the Real Estate laws, foreclosures and short sales,
I’ll be there and for lunch we’re hosting a Broker’s Open House on an actual property MLS #70934257 with Pizza, Soft drinks and a door prize at 1 PM sharp.
You’ll see what’s the best way to list property for a quick sale?
and What’s a Broker’s Open House and how do you maximize all that input?
I’m looking forward to seeing you there, Mike Hurney
