*On the surface there seems to be a lot of differences between successful Landlords but as we scratched the surface we found a lot of similar “motivations” for us doing certain things like How much we’ll help a Tenant falling behind and where we draw the line for action. Consistency is VERY important, no matter what we do, in this BUSINESS of the T/L (Tenant/Landlord) world.
*There’s a new money source for Purchase and Rehab combined! Older money was there also but with low LTV (Loan to Value) which may not be bad to help your overall SUCCESSFUL Investing Goals.
*We learned of Auctions coming up in Mass and NH.
*There’s another marketing Franchise coming to town that provides TV marketing.
*I’ve got (favorable) CC financing but they still need a percentage of Owner Occupied Units [email protected]
90 day Accountability – Yesterday started with different members making 5 total offers, organizing their territories, arranging Financing and updating their Paperwork (offers and agreements).
I accomplished three items I had on the back burner for at least 6 months. A Homestead Act, Filing Mortgage Discharges & submitting Voluntary Administration papers.
Also started two small construction projects, consolidated some funds, made an offer, started a completely different Marketing program and booked a working Cruise for February.
Today? Look out World!
