PS BirdDogg Investor tip Day 28

Talk to garbage collectors about spotting properties. They know when a property stops generating trash.

PPS last Friday’s Movers and Shakers was interesting. After doing a Round Robin of what everyone was working on and a State of the Real Estate market we all agreed to send at least one BirdDogg lead to our Flipper/Wholesaler representative. We’ll update this at the 1/26 meeting.

PPPS The image above is of a little house in Swampscott, MA that was purchased for $___ and will be part of an Assisted Living complex. Any idea what it sold for? Talk about “Highest and Best Use”
