Contractors will have a rundown of the CEUs, from Dennis, necessary for their licenses (and keeping OSHA off their backs) and 3. Landlords will get a set of Tenant/Landlord documents (to legally setup a Tenancy and avoid Housing Court).

They’ll be covering the electives that most contractors/inspectors have trouble with: Fall Protection, Asbestos, STD which are not choices on the web version. There are also a fair amount of subtleties to following these Rules and Regulations that you can compare notes on, with the inperson version.
