Steve showed us how to get to the next level of Investing! and offered to Professionally Manage our properties for one of the lowest fees possible. He provide us with a review of what we should be doing. and the Legal issues. and the Due Diligence prior to Buying after we’ve got an accepted offer.

Short Sales, Foreclosures and REOs. Kathy has now expanded her Select Buyers List (like a “Pocket Listing”) with our names & contact info. It’s ideal for us Flippers and even EndUsers to make money or have built in Equity! Here’s how she works Once she’s got the Bank Assignment (because she’s Loss Mitigation Certified) and Formulates the Price that the Bank will Accept she puts the word out to her Select Buyer, (who’ve got to move ASAP) then to the public and usually has a sale within days that’s profitable to All. Bank disposes of a non-preforming Asset and a Select Buyer makes their substantial profit.
